We provide OEM and ODM solutions for global brands, wholesalers and distributors, covering vacuum flasks, tumblers, travel mugs and water bottles. From customization to mass production and packaging, we support your project with efficient service and reliable manufacturing.

Our factory covers 28,000 m² with 260+ employees, 8 production lines and a monthly capacity of 600,000 pieces. Backed by a dedicated QC team and strict quality control, we ensure consistent quality and dependable delivery.

Our Quality Control System

At Warmus, quality control is embedded throughout the entire manufacturing process—from incoming materials to final shipment. We follow standardized procedures and critical control points to ensure consistent performance, appearance and reliability.

Incoming Material Control (IQC)

Focus: Food Safety & Material Consistency
We verify food-grade 304 stainless steel composition, check thickness, surface condition and dimensions, and inspect accessories such as lids, seals and coatings for compliance. Qualified suppliers and batch traceability help ensure stable material control.

Result: Only qualified materials enter production, reducing defects at the source.

In-Process Control (IPQC)

Focus: Process Stability & Dimensional Accuracy Key production stages including forming, welding, polishing, vacuum processing, surface treatment, and printing are monitored throughout production. Dimensions, coating quality, color consistency, and workmanship are checked through routine inspection and random sampling.

Result: Stable quality is maintained at every stage before proceeding further.

Insulation Performance Testing

Focus: Thermal Performance
We conduct vacuum insulation testing, heat retention and cold retention verification, as well as leak-proof testing for lids and seals.

Result: Products perform as expected in real-life use.

Final Inspection (FQC)

Focus: Appearance & Function
Before packing, products undergo visual inspection for scratches, dents and other defects. We also check logo application, printing, finishing quality, lid fitting and opening/closing performance. Random drop testing and usage simulation can also be carried out where required.

Result: Products meet customer requirements before packing.

Packaging & Shipment Control (OQC)

Focus: Order Accuracy & Protection
We verify correct quantity and product matching, check packaging integrity and labeling, and confirm shipment details through a final checklist. Carton drop testing can also be carried out where needed.

Result: Products arrive safely and correctly.

Traceability & Continuous Improvement

Focus: Long-Term Reliability
We maintain batch tracking for materials and production, keep QC records for each order, and improve our processes continuously based on feedback and inspection data.
